Alter Announces Corridors North

CHICAGO (February 17, 2016) – Alter will develop Corridors North, an office campus comprising 1,500,000 SF fronting the I-88 and I-355 expressways in Downers Grove, Ill., announced Michael J. Alter, President of the Chicago-based national corporate development firm. The next-phase buildings include stellar tech space and the prototype office of the future by celebrity architect, Helmut Jahn, all with spectacular views of the 1,700-acre Morton Arboretum.

The smart park developed by Alter is home to Corridors I and II, virtually identical five-story buildings totaling 300,000 SF; and Corridors III, which has seven stories and 217,500 SF.
